I am a BACP registered counsellor offering individual therapy in East London and online.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to keep up with everything that’s expected of you.
Therapy offers a space to step away from that pressure and begin to make sense of what’s going on—whether that’s stress, relationships, or patterns around drinking and coping.
It can be both challenging and rewarding, involving looking at your experiences, your relationships, and how you respond to things.
Through this process, you can develop a clearer understanding of yourself and begin to make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.

About
I came to therapy after a career in retail and brand management, where I began to feel unfulfilled and disconnected from what mattered to me. Through my own experience of therapy, I was able to reassess my values and find a clearer sense of direction, which led me to retrain as a counsellor.
As a therapist, I offer a calm and supportive space where you can explore and make sense of what you’re going through. I aim to work in a way that is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded, so you feel heard and understood.
My training is in integrative therapy, which means I adapt how I work to suit you, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Alongside my private practice, I work for a domestic abuse charity, supporting clients from a range of backgrounds. I also have experience working with addiction and am familiar with 12-step recovery programmes.
I work with clients who are experiencing
– Addiction
– Abuse
– Anxiety
– Depression
– Eating disorders + Body image issues
– Loss and bereavement
– Low self esteem
– Relationship and family issues
– Stress
– Trauma and PTSD
– Work related stressQualifications

Sessions
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy. We can think together about what feels most helpful and decide on an approach that suits you.
In the early sessions, we’ll explore what’s brought you to therapy and what you’d like to change or understand. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
As therapy continues, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that’s stress, relationships, or patterns around drinking and coping.
My role is to support you in exploring and working through whatever you’re facing, in a space that is safe, supportive, and non-judgemental.
